簡歷是大多數(shù)人實(shí)踐文字設(shè)計(jì)的最常見載體。人人都希望簡歷給人留下好印象，因此或多或少會告誡自己“注意排版”。問題在于具體注意些什么。以下10條是最基本的規(guī)則，若能做到，你的英文簡歷已經(jīng)比90%的中國人的規(guī)范美觀了。

　　一、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號一律使用半角。

　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：Hi,I'm an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me forfree?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don't knowhow to code。

　　正確：Hi, I'm an entrepreneur. Can you make this app for me forfree? Because, you know, I have this brilliant idea but I don'tknow how to code。

　　仔細(xì)觀察哦，大家有木有發(fā)現(xiàn)那細(xì)小的不同之處呢？

　　三、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：I think our current version is too skeuomorphic ,why don't we,uh, make it flatter so that it looks more-ish?

　　正確：I think our current version is too skeuomorphic, why don'twe, uh. make it flatter so that it looks more-ish?

　　四、將長串?dāng)?shù)字分開寫，降低識別難度。在寫簡歷的過程中，必定會需要我們留下電話號碼等信息

　　那么此時(shí)我們應(yīng)該怎樣正確書寫呢？

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤： 86-139-2739-6856

　　正確：(86) 139 2739 9856 或 (86)139-2739-6856

　　五、書名、雜志名、電影名、音樂專輯名、英文中出現(xiàn)的外文(包括拼音、人名除外)用斜體。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my intershipat Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre。

　　正確：In 2008, I created this amazing service during my intershipat Playboy which is totally LBS avant la lettre。

　　六、對于電話區(qū)號應(yīng)用不同的符號區(qū)分。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤： 86-139-2739-6856

　　正確：(86) 139 2739 6856 或 (86)139-2739-6856

　　七、對于有序列表，應(yīng)采用：“阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 英文句點(diǎn) 半角空格”的方式。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：

　　Three words I hate:

　　1.Innovation。

　　2,Leverage。

　　3 Synergy。

　　正確：

　　Three words I hate:

　　1. Innovation。

　　2. Leverage。

　　3. Synergy。

　　不知大家發(fā)現(xiàn)區(qū)別沒有呢？

　　八、括號弧線外要留空格、弧線內(nèi)不要。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：Byte Press(née Tangcha ) is the best Chinese-language eBookapp. Period。

　　正確：Byte Press (née Tangcha) is the best Chinese-language eBookapp. Period

　　但同一個(gè)單詞內(nèi)的括號例外：

　　錯(cuò)誤：After the linguistic turn, people are getting addicted topretentious bracketed words such as ‘(ex) plain (ed)’

　　正確：After the linguistic turn, people are getting addicted topretentious bracketed words such as ‘(ex)plain(ed)’。

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直(的彎)引號。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤："Bazinga!" 'You are pwned!'

　　正確：“Bazinga!” ‘You are pwned!’

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：en dash(—)用來連接年份、時(shí)間、是“到”的意思，hyphen(-)是連字 符。

　　例：

　　錯(cuò)誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero -the person who taught me to think differently well before SteveJobs。

　　正確：Glenn Gould (1932–1982) is probably my one and only hero —the person who taught me to think differently well before SteveJobs。
